~Intermediate Fusion Belly Dance~
Thursdays - ongoing, 7:15pm - 8:45pm. $78 per six week session. (Six classes) Drop in Rate $15 per class. Previous belly dance necessary to join the class. Intensive stretching, high energy drills, out of the ordinary combinations. Stretch, sway, discover the belly dancer in you! The class includes warm-ups and drills targeted at strengthening the muscle development necessary for belly dance movement. ** To sign up contact Michelle DeVine.
~Xtreme Belly Dance~
Fridays - ongoing, , 7pm - 8:30pm. $78.00 per six week session (6 classes). Drop in rate per class is $15. Previous Belly Dance necessary to join this class. Intensive stretching, high energy drills, and out of the ordinary combinations. If belly dance were a sport at the X games this would be the class to train for it- come prepared to get down!
